How was your last sleep? A bit rough ? Were you sleeping and you feel its not deep enough, or you wake frequently at the middle of your sleep. Sleep is good for the body and proper functioning of the brain. Many people however do not find it easy having a sound sleep at night due to many reasons, ranging from health disorders like apnea,insomnia ,heartburn , kidney diseases and breathing issues. There may also some habits that you engage in that disturbs your sleep later in the night.

Health condition
If you have that health condition called apnea , then you can not really have a good sleep at night. Apnea is a simple term used to explain obstruction of air flow ,and those who have it stops breathing properly until they find a new position to restore normal breathing. A probable sign of apnea is snoring. People with this health issue often have to wake up between sleeps to restore normal breathing.Obese people often have this issue mostly around the world.

Habits
Some habits that leads to sleeplessness are not far fetch and many people are guilty of it. If you are fond of doing the following then sleep may not come so early:These habits include
>>Thinking too much : so people worry so much when they lay down on their bed to sleep at night,this normally due to personal issues,work anxiety ,so they just can focus emmotionally to have a good sleep.
>>Eating too much before bed: This is a bad habit practiceby many people who later complain of not sleeping well. When you consume to much and very late, then you stand a chance of staying up for a while before getting some good sleep. This is due to some digestive processes which go on inside your stomach consuming eating that large amount of food.
>>Gadgets: Most people are found of using their gadgets like, smartphone and laptops while on bed. You should not expect to go to bed easily when you do this.
>>Lights: Lights and reflections keep your eyes still and sensitive for many hours which may not let you fall asleep easily. From research it is better to keep the lights off for a better sleep experience.
>> Your bed:  Are you sleeping on a ruptured mattress? It determines to a large extent how well you sleep at night. If your mattress is too old , it is bed to buy a new one if you want to enjoy your sleep. Get a good pillow too , to support your head while sleeping
