And in this post we shall be considering some foods that can help you prevent hair loss.This foods are very commonly found among us , but unfortunately we might not be aware of the purpose they serve in terms of preventing hairloss.

Many people experiencing hair loss often seek natural ways of preventing it, one of which involves consuming some ideal foods which are basically vegetables that can help you reduce stop your hair from frequently falling off.

Some of this foods are already mentioned in our recent post about super foods  For example

  • Salmon Fish : which compose of omega-3 fatty acids which aid mental health and proper brain functioning, also help in preventing hairloss. Since fatty acid are composed in your hair shaft , consuming salmon will further increase the level of fatty acids your hair needs to be strong and fortified.

  • Another Major food that aids hair strength is Tuna : It also contains considerable amount of fatty acid needed to nourish your hair with 300milligrams of omega three acid per serving. It is also a very high source of protein which is very good for hair growth

  • Eggs : Eating eggs has not only be advantageous for body restructuring and growth but also useful  for eye development. It contains very good amount of amino acids for the hair. Iron present in eggs aids oxygen transfer to your hair follicles. Many people especially women who suffer severe hair loss lack a lot of iron.

  • The fourth Food to be considered here is Oats : they are good sources of biotin or vitamin b7 which is also present in egg yolk and swiss chard vegetables. Among the deficiency of biotin in the body is hairloss,conjunctivitis and dermatitis. By continuously eating oats you can increase scalp health, control appetite and improve immune system..

  • Lastly, Sweet Potatoes : known as Ipomoea batatas is a nutrient packed root vegetable which contains beta carotene . It contains ,lubricating oils which helps to harden the hair in direct contact with the hair scalp.You can also gain more carotene by consuming carrots, mangoes and potatoes. which also produces vitamin A.
